The Journal-to-Conference (J2C) session will give the audience an up-close peek into high quality journal contributions that have not been presented in conferences. Submitted papers should cover the topics listed in the technical scope of the Conference or of relevance in the ecosystem around real-time and embedded computing systems. For a more detailed information regarding scope and topics, see the website of ECRTS 2018. 

The contributors will be required to give a short oral presentation of their work and prepare a poster to communicate their ideas during the poster session.

Discussions in front of posters have resulted in many lifelong collaborations! So, style your poster and make sure it is effective and compelling by ensuring:

1. the poster can be viewed from a distance (never use less than a size 24 point font) and encourage colleagues to engage in a dialog;
2. the poster provides the scope and distills your work without losing the message or the logical flow;
3. the poster guides the readers by using arrows, numbering, or whatever else makes sense in getting them to move from one logical step to another in a eye-catching way;
4. the charts or graphs are carefully produced as they often convey the information better than hundreds of words;
5. the conclusions are clear and obvious -- after the title and the scope, this is where the passerby's eyes will wander.
